When entering contact’s name in the To field in Microsoft Outlook, it shows correct email address but wrong contact name which can cause confusion.
To resolve this issue, we need to remove incorrect “Linked contacts”
1 Click on the correct email address with incorrect name, so that it populates the name to To… field
2 Double click on the name, a menu will appear
3 Click on three dots
4 Click on “Link Contacts…”
5 Remove all other contacts except the only correct contact name for that specific contact
6 Now the issue should be fixed
Note: You need to repeat these steps for each contacts which has this problem.

1 Open Microsoft Outlook
2 Click on “File”
3 Click on “Office Account”
4 Click on “Sign out”
Now you are logged out from Outlook proberly.
Note: By only delete Outlook profile from Outlook settings, it does not remove your Office 365 account login details from Outlook, by following this guide, your Office 365 login details will be removed, you can still add your account again, instead of type your email address and automatically sign you in, after this guide, you need to manually sign in again.
If you are sure the Outlook search results are incomplete, please try to rebuild your windows search index or reconfigure Outlook profile or reinstall Outlook.
In this simple guide, we are discussing that the Outlook Search results are not really incomplete.
If you search a calendar then sort by date, you are aware that some items are missing from calendar search results.
Try scroll down, till the bottom of the search results, you might find there is a group named Recurrence: (none): xx item(s) which can include some missing items from the top of the search results, now right click on the column title
Click on View Setings
Click on Group By… button
Select (none), Click on OK, OK
Restart the Outlook.
Do the same search on calendar, all results will be listed in one group, you should be able to find the missing ones.
